Cortex Discovery Program. Understand generative AI and use it productively.

A practical training format for teams that want to understand AI properly and use it safely. We explain the development, mechanics, and limits of modern models, then transfer that directly to research, analysis, document work, data rooms, and concrete Cortex use cases.

Understand first, then apply properly.

We go below the surface: the development of AI, the difference between automation and generative models, how language models work, and the role of context, data, and review. Then we transfer that to productive work and show where Cortex can connect.

Who the program is for

Teams with a lot of analysis, document, and coordination work. It is especially relevant for M&A, Transaction Services, Advisory, Corporate Development, and specialist boutiques where quality, confidentiality, and tight timelines come together.

What becomes clearer

Why AI is relevant now, how modern models basically work, which tasks are suitable, where limits and risks sit, and which first Cortex use cases are realistic.

Technical Foundations

A clear look under the surface without unnecessary complexity.

  • How models process language, context and documents.
  • Why data quality, permissions, sources and review are decisive.
  • Which role prompts, examples and human review play in good outputs.

Productive Use

How AI transfers into real team work and where Cortex can help concretely.

  • Research, analysis, summaries, emails, meeting prep and document work.
  • How teams select tasks, review outputs and standardize recurring workflows.
  • Which rules for data, security and quality work in daily practice.

Next Steps With Cortex

The output is a realistic starting point for your team.

  • We choose two to three tasks where AI can help in the short term.
  • You see which responsibilities and rules are needed.
  • Cortex connects where internal data sources need to become securely usable.

How the program works - onsite or online.

We align on target group, prior knowledge, and format upfront. Then we run the program at your office or online: context, technical foundations, practical work, and clear next steps for using AI in the team.

01

Preparation call

We clarify participants, goals, existing tools, security context and which examples make sense for your team.

02

Context & technical foundations

We explain why the topic is relevant now, where the development comes from and how modern AI systems basically work.

03

Onsite or online session

We come to your company or run the session remotely. We work with realistic examples and adapt depth and pace to the group.

04

Define the next step

At the end, it is clear which applications should be tested internally, which rules are needed and whether a pilot or Cortex connection would make sense.

FAQ

Is it really free?

Yes. The first call and entry into the Cortex Discovery Program are free and non-binding. If a larger workshop, pilot, or technical implementation makes sense afterwards, we discuss that separately.

Is it only theory?

No. We explain the technical foundations in a way people can understand, then move into concrete examples from company work. The goal is that your team understands how AI works and where productive use is realistic.

Which teams is it for?

It fits best for teams that analyze, document, coordinate, and work with sensitive information. The current focus is M&A, Transaction Services, and Advisory because search work, confidentiality, and time pressure come together there.

Is it onsite or online?

Both are possible. We can run the program at your company or work with your team online. In the first call, we clarify what fits the participant group, agenda and timeline best.

What are the minimum requirements?

We need a clear target group, one responsible contact and a rough picture of your workflows. Confidential data or internal documents are used only after proper agreement.

Is this connected to Cortex?

Yes. The program explains AI practically and also shows where Cortex becomes relevant: when data rooms, M365, internal folders, or knowledge sources need to be connected and made safely usable.

What happens after the first call?

If there is a fit, we define participants, format, preparation, and concrete content. The next step can be a program day, a small pilot, or a technical Cortex connection.
